Paul Kelaiditis
Exercise Physiologist

Paul began his studies at the University of Technology completing his Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Management, and completed his Masters of Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney. Through his studies Paul has built on his skills, servicing a wide variety of clinical clients, including musculoskeletal and neuromuscular rehabilitation and chronic and cardiometabolic management.

Paul is an avid sports fan. He played Football semi-professionally in NPL2 and NPL3 at both junior and senior levels. Born and bred in the Hills District, he played for Blacktown Spartans for a number of years, winning both a Premiership and Grand Final with them. He even had the opportunity to trial in Italy during his youth. Paul has vast experience in personal training and coaching.

Paul’s passion as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist is to help rehabilitate as many people as he can, and believes the best way to do this is through making sure the body is firstly firing on all cylinders, and then to strengthen and mobilise the body through specific everyday movements. Paul is constantly looking to broaden his knowledge and skill base as he believes that when you stop learning, you risk becoming complacent. Paul is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist through Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
