Which Class is Right for You?

Stretch & Flexibility Class

Our Stretch and Flexibility Class is run by our Physiotherapist Monique and aims to improve mobility and flexibility, as well as target strength and control. 


The class incorporates various stretches and mobility exercises for the whole body to improve your range of motion.There is a large focus on strength and control to help improve your stability and prepare your body to better withstand your day to day tasks.


We also target coordination and balance in all classes to improve your body’s awareness and proprioception. 


Group Fitness Class

Our Group Fitness Class is run by our Exercise Physiologist George designed for individuals of all training levels to train pain free and prevent injury.

This class aims to incorperate:

- Proper exercise technique 

- Establish adequate training techniques 

- Improve strength and conditioning. 

This class is designed for all individuals, and can be tailored to cater for each individuals needs/ limitations. 

Numbers are limited to 6 per class to ensure individual supervision is provided.

Senior Yoga Class

Active Seniors Class

Our Active Seniors Class is run by our Exercise Physiologist George and our Physiotherapist Monique. 

The class is for those aged 65 and over, designed to help with:

  • Strength

  • Balance

  • Mobility

The program is catered to your needs and ability level; and aims to help prevent falls, keep active and manage chronic diseases.
