Andrew is a highly qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a strong academic background, having earned both a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from the Australian Catholic University (ACU). Through his studies and hands-on experience, Andrew has developed a comprehensive skill set to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, chronic conditions, and both cardiometabolic and neurological disorders.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Andrew has been actively involved in athletics from a young age, competing at local and state levels. He also played semi-professional rugby league and represented his heritage in the 2020 Rugby League World Cup. Beyond rugby, Andrew has a diverse sporting background, including rugby union, touch football, Oztag, and cricket, fueling his passion for movement and athletic performance.
This deep-rooted love for sport and the human body’s physiological functions drives Andrew's commitment to evidence-based practices aimed at enhancing each client’s functional capacity and overall wellbeing. As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA), Andrew is dedicated to providing personalised, ethical rehabilitation services that respect the dignity of every individual he works with.
