Monique Denyer
Physiotherapist
Monique received her Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. She also has a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Western Sydney.
Monique is also a qualified Clinical Pilates instructor. She runs Pilates classes for people with and without injuries to help them gain body control and strength and also uses these skills with her physiotherapy clients to assist with their injury rehabilitation.

Throughout her life Monique has always been active in various sports with her main interests in netball, gymnastics, dancing and cheerleading. She has competed 5 times at World Championships in different disciplines of cheer leading and dance, and has competed at state level in gymnastics.
Monique’s goals are to help her clients to better understand the causes of injuries and teach them the skills in recovery and prevention of injuries. She aims to create long-term benefits for her clients and change the trajectory of their lives.
