Emergencies & illness
Things happen. If something genuinely outside your control stops you attending, let us know as soon as you can and we’ll look at it case by case.
Why we have this policy
Late cancellations and missed appointments leave a time empty that another patient could have used. Giving notice helps us keep appointments available for everyone.
