Our goal is to help people recover from pain and injury by providing high quality treatments in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers but also our other patients. Please read our policy carefully before booking.
Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that other patients can access that appointment time.
A cancellation made less than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Missing your appointment without cancelling, or cancelling after your scheduled start time.
A missed appointment fee will be charged at your next visit. Multiple no-shows may require outstanding fees to be settled before a new appointment can be scheduled.
This policy is applied universally and consistently. However, we understand that circumstances outside your control do arise and these are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency.
