What We Treat

Physiotherapy Conditions We Commonly Assess & Manage

We assess and treat the root cause of your pain or injury — not just the symptoms.

Halle Neal
Physiotherapist & Exercise Physiologist

Halle is a dual-qualified physiotherapist and exercise physiologist with specialist expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and women’s health physiotherapy. She brings an evidence-based, whole-body approach to every patient — combining manual therapy, exercise prescription and patient education to achieve lasting outcomes.

Her dual qualification means she can bridge physiotherapy and exercise physiology within a single treatment plan — giving patients a more complete rehabilitation pathway than a single-discipline practitioner can provide.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist in Earlwood?

No. Physiotherapists are primary contact practitioners in Australia, registered with AHPRA under the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. You can book directly without a GP referral. If you are using private health insurance, check your extras policy — most funds do not require a referral for physiotherapy rebates.

Is parking available at the Earlwood clinic?

Yes. Free on-site parking is available directly outside our Bella Vista clinic at Unit 9/22 Lexington Drive. There is no time limit — you can park for the full duration of your appointment without moving your car.

Do you accept private health insurance for physiotherapy?

Yes. We accept most major Australian health funds for physiotherapy under extras cover. We have HICAPS on-site at our Bella Vista clinic so you can claim your rebate on the spot — no paperwork, no waiting for reimbursement.

What does a first physiotherapy appointment involve?

Your first appointment includes a thorough history, physical assessment, explanation of findings and treatment where appropriate in the same session. Allow 45–60 minutes. For women’s health presentations, internal assessment is available with full explanation and consent.

Do you offer women’s health physiotherapy?

Yes. Halle has specialist training in women’s health physiotherapy — including pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, prolapse, pregnancy-related pain and postnatal rehabilitation. Bookings available at Bella Vista.

Do you accept WorkCover, NDIS and Medicare CDM?

Yes. We accept WorkCover NSW, NDIS and Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referrals for physiotherapy. WorkCover and CDM require a referral from your treating doctor. NDIS participants can book directly. Call us on (02) 8609 6950 to discuss your specific funding situation.
